maida sponge cake Recipe




Ingredients:

Rose essence - a few drops
Tooti fruti - as needed
Maida - 1 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 1/2 cup
Milk maid - 1 tin
Sugar- 2 1/ cup
Ghee - 3 tsp

Directions:

Mix milkmaid, maida, sugar, butter and cook in a pan.
When the contents leave the side of the vessel, add ghee, tooti fruti, rose essence and transfer the contents to a plate.
Cut into pieces.
